How to save 1258 tonnes of carbon in 48 properties

We have recently completed a batch of 45 surveys in South London and calculated the carbon savings for the proposed improvements.

The scheme was to improve the property stock of a very deprived run down area making the homes more attractive, warmer and comfortable to live in.

The improvement measures taken into account were:-

External Wall Insulation. Double Glazing, Some Flat Roof Insulation and Draught Proofing.

The 45 properties are due to save a phenomenal  1258 tonnes of carbon which if you can imagine 1258 Hot Air Balloons flying through the sky this makes an excellent comparison
